We started NexFlow Strategies for one reason: local businesses were losing real money to problems that technology quietly solves — missed calls, forgotten follow-ups, reviews that never get asked for. The big agencies don't call back a plumber in Abilene, and the cheap tools leave you to figure it out alone.
So we built the middle. Real people who set the whole system up for you, and stick around after. We're a two-person shop on purpose — you talk to the founders, not a ticket queue. Between us we handle the tech, the copy, the phone systems, and the strategy, and we'd rather tell you the honest version than sell you something you don't need.

Jonathan Carruth
Jonathan leans into the build. He studied Digital Entertainment & Technology at Abilene Christian University and is finishing his MBA — equal parts developer and businessperson. On a project he's usually the one deep in the code, the site design, and the functionality that makes everything actually work. He's also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so your Spanish-speaking customers get a system that talks to them too — a real edge a lot of local front desks can't cover.
Aidan Chapman
Aidan makes sure the whole thing holds together — the phone systems, the email marketing, and the business and legal side that keeps NexFlow (and your setup) on solid ground. An ACU Multimedia grad who's also working on his MBA, he codes right alongside Jonathan and builds sites too. Between the two of us the work splits evenly — we just each lean where we're strongest.
